Almost all of the Escape pods are gone when you arrive to the holding room, but luckily there are a few left. You hop in the nearest one and instantly press the launch button. There is a nearby planet that is close enough to land on. You can either head straight for the planet’s surface or stay in space to try and find other escape pods that made it off the ship.
